Balcony looks at the yard with a lot of tall trees (hide the outside parking) that all the buildings are spaced around. Great breakfast. Travelling with a dog (20 kg): Additional Fee. She loved lounging on the balcony and just supervising everyone passing through the yard. The property is next to the woods with several walking paths, some are natural some are asphalt.

Whether it was the receptionists or the waiting staff they were prompt, accommodating and very friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect and in/near the centre of the town. The room, the junior suite, was very comfortable with all necessities and extras we expected. Everything was very well maintained and clean. All in all worthy of its reputation and strong recommendation for anyone looking for an upscale stay.

Everything was clean & working. It's a very peaceful area, close to Rosenheim & only an hour's driving to Munich or Tegernsee for day trips. Bad Aibling itself is also interesting, with a Therme and Kurpark. We enjoyed our stay.
